You can't access credit reports with out a background check!

All resident screening companies are required to follow rules set forth by the credit bureaus. They are also subject to state and federal regulations. If you want to access credit information you will have to prove that you have a legitimant need for this information. This verification process, also refered to as a background check, is used to make sure you meet all of the credit bureau requirements.

Information you will need to provide.

The information listed below is a collection of the type of information a legitimate screening company might request as part of the verification process to set up your account.

  • 3 signed rental applications

  • Document filings in Landlord/Tenant Court

  • Documentation of membership in recognized apartment owners association

  • Business License

  • State and/or federal tax records

  • Copy of property title

  • Property insurance documents

  • Onsite office inspection
